Please be informed that the Online Application for Graduation for the Main Campus and all Branches and Satellite Campuses will be from?April 10 to May 10, 2023.? All graduating students are advised to process their academic deficiencies such as Incomplete (INC), Not-s (Not-S), and Passed (P) grades, as well as the Accreditation of Courses taken, and Temporary Accreditation of currently enrolled courses?during this period.

Non-academic requirements such as PSA Birth Certificate, Form 137A/Form 137-SHS with remarks ��Copy for PUP��, Transcript of Records with remarks ��Copy for PUP�� for Transferee, and other documents needed for the application must be processed?on or before July 11, 2023.

You can now request for your credentials online thru the Online Document Request System (ODRS) at odrs.pup.libocity888.vip for processing of the First Copy of your Transcript of Records (TOR) and Certificate of Graduation (COG). You are hereby advised to upload online the following required documents:

Certificate of Candidacy
General Clearance (cleared in all offices)
1 copy of 2x2 Colored picture in Toga with hood and cap (white background). Please see the attached required photo for your reference.
Official Receipt of payment for those not covered by R.A. 10931 also known as Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act of 2018 for the following:
1. Transcript of Records Fee
2. Certification of Graduation Fee
3. Diploma Fee
4. Graduation Fee

*Dummy diploma is no longer required.
