The Gender and Development Office (GADO) is dedicated in pursuing gender mainstreaming. To promote and uphold human rights in advocating gender sensitivity and responsiveness in the academe, research, and extension sector, including mainstreaming gender and development in the policies, programs, and processes of the University, its branches, and campuses for the general welfare of the organization and its clients.
Ma-GAD na buhay sa ating lahat! The Gender and Development Office is crucial in addressing gender-related matters, issues, and concerns of our Sintang Paaralan. As the technical working group of the University’s GAD Focal Point System (GFPS), the Office facilitates gender mainstreaming efforts in all projects and programs of the University, from instruction, research, extension, and advocacy work.
